I was answering every question too quickly, trying to be \u201chelpful\u201d, and inadvertently losing my strategic edge. In my effort to be a fluid communicator in my second language, I was sacrificing my <strong>authority<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If this \u201cIdentity Gap\u201d can happen to a seasoned coach in a high-stakes room, imagine how amplified it is for a leader navigating the complexities of global tech or banking in their non-native tongue.<\/p>\n<h2>What is a Strategic Anchor?<\/h2>\n<p>It is a linguistic tool that allows you to command a room without being the loudest person in it. You don&#8217;t win by talking more; you win by resetting the pace and the power dynamic.<\/p>\n<h3>3 Anchors to Own the Global Room:<\/h3>\n<div>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>1.
